Country Garden
This rural homestead with a working farm and historic barn was transformed by the removal of a concrete walk and large lawn and addition of a bluestone path, decorative entry arbor, stone steps and a cottage garden. Bluestone and paver steps provide a gentle transition from the front entry to the rear patio. A full cottage garden with a carefully coordinated color scheme of reds, yellows, and deep purple wraps the front of the house, providing year-round interest and engaging views from inside and out. A crushed stone walk with a generous sitting area curves through the garden from the front steps to the garage.
