Casual Elegance
A meandering, graceful walkway provides the backbone of this full-property make-over. The existing front door approach was re-graded with a stacked sandstone retaining wall and bordered with lush plantings. Using the same materials palette of tumbled stone pavers with Bluestone accents, a private entry to the client's home office was re-shaped with new landings, steps and walkways. Extensive planting beds encircle the house and property, providing year-round color and interest. A Moss Garden with standing stones and a quiet sitting area provide an understated focal element in the back yard.
